Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your handcrafted beaded floral accessory must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it was delivered in.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized beaded floral accessories: Items specially crafted with unique designs or specifications requested by customers cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.
To Complete Your Return
To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Beaded floral accessories with visible signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing components due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider as refunds may take time to process.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced beaded floral accessories are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
